Terms of use
Terms governing use of the Intelligentsystems website and employment consulting services in Germany.
These terms apply to the website intelligentsystems.digital and to consultations booked with Intelligentsystems (“we”, “us”) for employment consulting and career restart support after a professional break. By using this site or requesting a consultation, you accept these terms.
Services described
Content on this site describes advisory consultations, document review, interview practice, and workshops. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm a booking in writing (email is sufficient) and you accept the stated fee and schedule.
No employment guarantee
We provide consulting and preparation. We do not guarantee job offers, interview invitations, salary outcomes, or recognition of foreign qualifications. We do not act as an employer, recruiter placing candidates, or legal representative.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your work history and constraints, to use session materials for your own job search, and not to share mock-interview recordings of our practitioners without consent.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and downloadable worksheets we supply remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may keep personal copies of plans and annotated documents created for your engagement. You may not republish site content for commercial use without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from career decisions you make after consultations. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or other liability that cannot be excluded under German law.
Website availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Forms on this site use a demonstration endpoint for submission feedback; confirmed bookings are completed by email follow-up.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts of Münster, Germany, shall have jurisdiction for disputes arising from business clients, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to your place of residence in the EU.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Confirmed consultations remain subject to the terms shared at booking unless both parties agree otherwise.
